The Executive Diploma Project Management Vixtech (Non-MQA) programme is specially designed to enhance the skills and knowledge related to the client’s vocation for career advancement. The curriculum, which is developed and designed by professional lecturers from Vixtech and also professional practitioners, stresses both theoretical and practical aspects to cater to working adults’ needs to enhance their knowledge and skills in related fields. All courses are carried out on a part-time basis and classes are held on weekends.

The learning and teaching methods comprise lectures, discussions, group presentations, exercises, videos and case studies. All these methods are enhanced through the use of various teaching aids. To maintain credibility in Vixtech certification, all examinations are conducted under strict Vixtech regulations.

In accordance with the conferment of self-accreditation status, Vixtech has taken the step to progressively acquire accreditation for all its executive diploma programmes which have been offered since 1998.

Beginning in 2021, Digital Learning (DL) was introduced as a new method of study for the Executive Diploma. Now, students can choose either Blended Learning (the conventional method of study: physical + online class) or Remote Learning (full online class).

Malaysian Applicants

Candidates must fulfil the following requirements

• Passed SPM with a minimum of three (3) credits or equivalent: OR
• Obtained other qualifications recognised by Vixtech; AND
• Have a minimum of six (6) months of working experience; AND
• Fulfilled the programme’s special requirements set by Vixtech.

Non-Malaysian Applicants

Non-Malaysian applicants who wish to pursue study in the Executive Diploma programme at Vixtech must meet the following general requirements

1. Pass at least General Certificate of Education ‘O’ Level or other qualification recognized by the Vixtech; AND
2. Obtained the following results in one of the English proficiency exams as described below:

• A minimum of Level 2 (Band 2) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET);
• Minimum Band 4.0 for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) / CEFR A2;
• A minimum score of 397 (PBT) or 30-31 (IBT) for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL);
• CAE (160) (Cambridge English: Advanced) CEFR B2;

Students must complete a total of 90 credits in order to qualify for the award of Executive Diploma. They must pass all courses prescribed below.

Programme Duration

The duration of the programme is three (3) semesters which can be completed within 6- 12 months on a part-time basis.
